Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong focus on the real estate industry. Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing and Sales with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive growth and profitability within the real estate sector. This role requires leadership skills, a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, and the ability to manage P&L responsibilities while building and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the real estate sector. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and ensure a competitive edge. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Set performance targets, monitor team progress, and provide ongoing coaching and development. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to generate leads and promote real estate offerings. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales, including setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and optimizing the sales process. Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the real estate sector. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and sales tactics, ensuring alignment with market demands. Budget Management & Reporting: Develop and manage the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization. Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management. P&L Management: Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the marketing and sales departments. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to improve financial outcomes. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and enhance the companys marketing and sales efforts. Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline operations and increase effectiveness.
