Head Manufacturing Engineering

You will be responsible for overseeing Process Engineering, Fabrication units, and Equipment Assembly lines. Your role will involve leading Facility development & Automation (SPM, Jigs, Fixtures, Assembly lines, Firmware, Sensors) and driving NextGen Processes & Technologies for a SMART Factory. You will be expected to implement Manufacturing systems & tools such as Lean, Poke Yoke, VSM, VA/NVA, optimized layouts, and Men-Machine balancing. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, process time, and headcount optimization. Additionally, you will lead factory capacity enhancement efforts and manage Engineering Change and Implementation. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MS Office & SAP, Solidworks, Line balancing, Automation, SPM, VSM, VA/NVA Identification. The qualification required for this position is a B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering, and a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience is expected.
