Job Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, you will be reporting directly to the Management and heading the entire HR department. Your main responsibility will be to independently lead the Learning & Development function. Your key responsibilities will include: - Imparting training across all levels within the organization - Training mid and senior level Managers to impart technical and functional training to their team members - Implementing cross-functional training - Conducting training sessions on basic skills to behavioral training at all levels - Designing Training Calendar - Managing Training Budget - Promoting a culture of capability up-scaling leading to succession planning - Handling other HR Business Partner / HR generalist roles to lead, supervise and guide other HR functions as the Head of the HR department You should have the ability to identify Training needs and deliver training sessions on functional and technical topics with the help of outside trainers or internally with the respective Department Heads. Additionally, the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
