Head HVAC Department (Pharma Industry)

As an HVAC Technician at our pharmaceutical facility, your main responsibility will be to ensure the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all HVAC systems. This includes managing various systems such as AHUs, Chillers, Compressors, Ducting, and BMS to meet GMP standards and environmental controls consistently. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining cleanroom temperature, humidity, and pressure within specified limits. Additionally, you will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, support qualification processes, and ensure audit compliance. Collaboration with QA, Production, and Engineering teams will also be essential as you lead the HVAC team. Your role will require a strong knowledge of pharma HVAC systems and cleanroom standards, along with expertise in GMP compliance and validation. Your leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this position. Qualifications required for this role include a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
