Head- Human Resources (Startup focused)

As the HR Head at our organization based in Powai, Mumbai, reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in establishing and overseeing HR practices. Your primary responsibility will be to hire top talent across the organization and manage various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, vendor management, and Talent Management. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders, impacting the growth and success of the organization significantly. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the HR Team and facilitate the expansion of the founding team - Collaborate with the founders to cultivate and shape the company culture - Establish the right talent brand, culture, and rituals for the organization - Ensure the retention and productivity of the best talent in the industry - Report directly to one of the founders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in diverse HR functions, with a focus on Talent Acquisition - Demonstrated exceptional track record in previous roles or academic achievements - Previous experience in early to mid-stage startups or product companies Please note that we are currently a team of 60 members with plans to expand to approximately 150 individuals by the end of next year. Additionally, we aim to grow from 2 to 5 offices located across Mumbai and Bangalore.,
