Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Head - Housekeeping located in Tirupati Urban. The Head - Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout the hospital. Daily tasks include managing the housekeeping team, ensuring quality standards, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments. The role also involves staff training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management, staff training, and team leadership
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality environment is preferred
