Job Title:* Head Graphic Designer

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the design direction for branding, campaigns, product launches, retail creatives, and digital media.
* Develop high-end creatives for social media, digital ads, brochures, catalogs, hoardings, packaging, showroom displays, and more.
* Conceptualize and execute campaign storyboards, jewelry collection themes, and festival promotions.
* Create motion graphics and product videos using *Adobe Premiere Pro* and *After Effects*.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, content, photography, and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
* Stay up-to-date with design trends, luxury aesthetics, and competitor strategies in the fine jewelry space.
*Required Skills:*
*Expertise in Adobe Suite*: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
* Strong understanding of *visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design*.
* Ability to *visualize premium jewelry creatives* and adapt designs for diverse formats.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
