Head of Design & Development


Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Policy Execution:

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, including digitalization, to enhance results, products, services, and overall culture. Support teams in navigating and embracing change.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Civil, or Naval Engineering preferred).

  • Experience:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Engineering or R&D, preferably in

    Energy product design and development

    .
  • Comprehensive expertise across design, product development, and engineering strategy with a robust theoretical foundation.
  • Proven success in leading global and cross-functional teams, ideally with international exposure.

  • Professional Networks & Culture Fit:

  • Well connected in professional and industry-specific networks within the

    Energy Engineering/R&D domain
