Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Civil, or Naval Engineering preferred).
  • Experience:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Engineering or R&D, preferably in

    Energy product design and development

  • Comprehensive expertise across design, product development, and engineering strategy with a robust theoretical foundation.
  • Proven success in leading global and cross-functional teams, ideally with international exposure.
  • Professional Networks & Culture Fit:
