Qualifications & Experience Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (Aeronautical, Aerospace, Civil, or Naval Engineering preferred). Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Engineering or R&D, preferably in Energy product design and development . Comprehensive expertise across design, product development, and engineering strategy with a robust theoretical foundation. Proven success in leading global and cross-functional teams, ideally with international exposure.
