Head - Franchise Development

You will be responsible for leading the Franchise Expansion efforts of Pupa Ceramic Gallery across Tamil Nadu with the primary location being Karur. As the Head of Franchise Development, you will play a key role in closing deals, identifying new market opportunities, and spearheading the growth of our franchise network. Your role will involve end-to-end franchise acquisition, territory development, onboarding, and coordination activities. We are looking for a passionate and driven professional with at least 4-10 years of experience in franchise sales, retail expansion, or channel development. Fluency in both Tamil and English languages is a must for effective communication and coordination with stakeholders across Tamil Nadu.
