Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
• Proficient in inventory control & stock management
• Capable of leading kitchen staff and ensuring quality output
• Hands-on expertise in cooking & supervising chefs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be residential (stay on campus)

Role Overview

The Head – Food Operations Department will:

• Lead the food production and service operations across the campus
• Manage and monitor kitchen staff, cooking schedules, and quality control
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and kitchen budgets
• Ensure food hygiene, safety standards, and compliance
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager & Admin team to achieve operational excellence
