Head - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview: As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Ultrahuman, you will be a key enabler of the company's rapid growth and success in revolutionizing metabolic health through wearable technology and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. - Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making. - Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization. - Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency. - Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. - Bring technology to improve processes and efficiencies. Qualifications: - CA/MBA (Fin) qualification. - Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership. - Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing. - Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
