Job Title: Execution Head - Power and Transmission Projects

Location: Ananthapuram

Reports To: Company Director/ Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Execution Head to lead the delivery of critical power and transmission infrastructure projects. Youll drive excellence in project execution, ensuring timely, safe, and budget-compliant delivery of complex energy projects that power nations and industries. Key Responsibilities:

1. *Strategic Project Leadership:*

- Lead a portfolio of high-value power and transmission projects (greenfield, brownfield, upgrades, and modernizations).

- Set and drive the execution strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

- Ensure flawless coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and stakeholders.

2. *Project Delivery & Performance:*

- Own project timelines, budgets, quality, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and risk management.

- Drive issue resolution, anticipating roadblocks and mobilizing resources to keep projects on track.

- Champion innovation in execution methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance outcomes.

3. *Stakeholder & Client Management:*

- Be the primary interface for key clients, governments, regulators, and consortium partners.

- Build trust through transparent communication, managing expectations, and delivering results.

- Navigate complex multi-party interfaces, including land acquisition, permits, and utility coordination.

4. *Operational Excellence & Compliance:*

- Establish robust project controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.

- Ensure strict adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, and environmental norms.

- Lead root-cause analysis of deviations and implement corrective actions swiftly.

5. *People & Capability Development:*

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary project team (engineers, managers, site leads).

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Identify talent gaps and drive skill upgradation for future project needs.

6. *Financial & Commercial Leadership:*

- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to optimize contracts, claims, variations, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and funding requirements.

- Champion value engineering without compromising robustness.

7. *Risk, Innovation, and Sustainability:*

- Proactively manage technical, schedule, and geopolitical risks inherent in critical infrastructure projects.

- Champion sustainability and digitalization initiatives (e.g., smart grids, renewable integration).

What We Look For:

1. *Mandatory:*

- 15 to 25+ years of experience leading in good contractor of power transmission and grid projects.

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.

- Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) with an MBA/PMP®/PMI-ACP® or equivalent.

- Deep understanding of power sector regulations, grid codes, and industry trends.

- Experience in EPC Power and Transmission Projects along with Substation experience
