Head (Director/VP) of Analytics

As a visionary Director of Analytics, you will lead our analytics efforts to drive impactful insights and shape the future of consumer experiences. Your role will involve spearheading the use of data to inform strategic decisions across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in designing analytics frameworks, leading a high-performing team, and providing insights that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the company's goals, overseeing the development of advanced analytical models such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI, and implementing state-of-the-art analytics tools for efficient data exploration and visualization. You will drive the adoption of a data-driven decision-making culture, collaborate with various teams to embed analytics into key processes, and mentor a diverse team of data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and data scientists. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is considered a plus. You should have at least 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science in consumer technology, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced industry. Strong proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, statistical methodologies, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is essential. Experience in integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications, building and leading high-performing analytics teams, and translating complex analytical findings into actionable business insights is required. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
