1. Ensure that all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Oversee the quality of design outputs and ensure they meet technical specifications and client requirements.
3. Implement and integrate innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment processes.
4. Maintain high standards of technical accuracy in design documentation, including process flow diagrams, specifications, and equipment selections.
5. Ensure that all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards related to water and wastewater treatment.
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the design team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
7. Set performance goals for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any issues or development needs.
8. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or compliance.
