Job Description

To Design , Develop and Run IT Applications specific to cover the business processes which the business and Industry.

To Design, Develop / Accquire , customize and Run applications which with the help of Implementation & Support Partners. Eg. Dealer Portal, Capture Secondary sales, Applications related to Tinting Machines, Painting solutions applications (Mainly those applications that are not covered by Standard applications like ERP)

To build capabilities within the team to enhance and create differeniators in the market place which are in the relam of extended ERP applications.

Integrate and IT enable those processes which are not covered by standard applications like ERP, Supply Chain solutions.

Custom build and maintain integration points with Data Analytics Platform, reporting platforms and other 3P software.

To Spot opportunities to automate , re-enginer and induce IT enabled business process across the business.

Leverage Group wide common applications by ensuring compliance and usage across the business.

Experience : Should have atleast 15 to 20 years of experience in design/develop and deployment of custom applications. Experience of Paint industry preferred.

Deep Knowledge of SDLC (agile methodology) , Development Technologies (Java, Android , .Net framework etc) , Software Quality testing tools and methodology, Deployment methods, Support setup and maintenance frameworks.

General appreciation of ERP (SAP)

Qualifications : MBA (IT MBA preferred).
