Job Description

Social Media Management:

  • Handle daily operations of all RITZLANE social media platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with the brands tone

and aesthetics.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement metrics

Creative Direction:

  • Ideate and coordinate product photoshoots, brand videos, and lifestyle content.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and design agencies to ensure

brand consistency.

  • Oversee visual and written content quality across all platforms.

Agency & Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with external marketing and creative agencies.
  • Brief and guide agencies for campaign creation, digital ads, and performance

tracking.o Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content deliverables

Brand Marketing:

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and collaborations.
  • Support in event promotions, exhibitions, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze social media insights, report growth metrics, and recommend

improvements.

  • Manage marketing budgets for digital activities and creatives.
