We’re looking for a Chef cum Manager who has proven work experience in running a pizza shop. This person should know how to make great recipes, lead a team of chefs, and manage overall store operations smoothly with our assistant manager. Prepare fresh and tasty pizzas consistently Lead and train kitchen and service staff Supervise daily kitchen operations and floor workflow Manage and track inventory of raw materials and packaging items Coordinate with assistant manager for ordering and stock control Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Assist in daily sales and wastage reporting
