As a Head Chef & Co-Founder, your role involves full-time leadership in the kitchen with hands-on expertise in street food. You will be responsible for Research & Development to innovate and refine recipes, keeping them classic yet unique. Additionally, you will be coaching the staff to maintain consistency and excellence, overseeing daily operations including production, quality, and hygiene standards, and contributing to the growth of our street food brand by shaping its identity and success.
