Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cashier at our Hyderabad location. The Head Cashier will oversee daily cash counter operations, manage a team of cashiers, ensure accurate billing processes, handle customer transactions, and address any payment-related queries or issues promptly. They will also oversee cash handling, ensure compliance with company policies, manage cash registers/tills, and assist in maintaining smooth front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling, billing systems, and transaction management
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service skills, including the ability to manage queries and complaints effectively
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial procedures
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail or cashiering roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is an added advantage
