About the Role

Head of Brand & Growth Strategy

Key Responsibilities :

• Driving outbound and inbound content strategy that positions Divami as a leader in digital solutioning, AI, HTI, and platform-based innovation.
• Creating sales enablement content and pitch transformation frameworks, working closely with leadership to sharpen storytelling and business impact in decks and proposals.
• Owning our website strategy end-to-endincluding structure, content, SEO, and AI-rankingensuring it becomes a true reflection of our positioning.
• Crafting a calendar of events, partnerships, thought leadership pieces, and key moments for brand visibilityboth digital and physical.
• Tapping into the creative energy of our existing young team to launch innovative campaigns, podcasts, video content, and experimental formats that cut through noise.
• Being the positioning and narrative partner to the leadership teamhelping refine what Divami stands for, and how we speak to the world.

What Were Looking For

• 56 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in consulting, or engineering-services-led or product led services companies.
• Proven track record in owning brand and content strategies that lead to measurable business outcomes
• A balance of

  strategic thinking and tactical execution

  you can conceptualize a positioning framework in the morning and ship a landing page by evening.
• Strong grasp of

  outbound, inbound mechanics, and digital content formats

  , along with experience working with design and development teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Someone who can

  collaborate across functions

  , inspire creative teams, and bring clarity and momentum to marketing initiatives.
• Crisp writing and sharp storytelling are a must.
