Head Battery Design & Engineering

In this role as the Head of BESS Battery Design and Engineering, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Design and Engineering of BESS solutions. - Overseeing and mentoring engineering teams working on BESS projects. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate BESS with other technologies. - Driving innovation to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Conducting technical reviews and providing guidance on complex engineering challenges. - Staying updated with advancements in battery technology and renewable energy storage. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in battery design and engineering. - Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering role. - In-depth knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. - Desirable to have experience in Project management tools.
