Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Yubi team, your role will involve driving the growth of wallet share, revenue, and take rate with lender partners. You will be responsible for managing lenders and growing the overall business & AUM for the Supply Chain Finance business, while also driving cross-sell/up-sell across diverse product portfolios. Your key responsibilities will include working on Annual Operating plans, business plans & projections on a periodic basis, navigating lender org hierarchy to get an anchor program live with a lender, engaging with lenders for business review on live programs, and developing go-to-market strategies to grow AUM further. Additionally, you will be driving the integration of Yubi's Supply Chain Finance systems with Lenders systems and assisting in creating product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other teams like tech and product. Your ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with the offering will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive growth of wallet share, revenue, and take rate with lender partners - Manage lenders and grow overall business & AUM for the Supply Chain Finance business - Work on Annual Operating plans, business plans & projections on a periodic basis - Navigate lender org hierarchy to get an anchor program live with a lender - Engage with lenders for business review on live programs and go-to-market strategy to grow AUM further - Drive integration of Yubi's Supply Chain Finance systems with Lenders systems - Engage with Yubi's channel partner team to drive AUM growth for Supply Chain Finance - Originate and close new lender partnerships with lenders and navigate across the lender org structures - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design products specific to situations - Assist in creating product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other teams like tech and product - Ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with offering Qualification Required: - Ability to take on a revenue & business target - 7 - 10 years Sales/account management experience in working in banks and NBFCs managing mid to larger corporates preferably in Supply Chain Finance - Relationship management experience in a NBFC / Fintech managing partnerships with NBFCs and Banks preferably in Supply Chain Finance - Understanding of supply chain finance products and banking products - working capital, factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, bill discounting, reverse factoring - Strong context of building and managing business relationships - comfortable across various levels of a Bank / NBFC (Business Heads to Relationship Manager) - Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally - Qualifications: CA / CFA/ MBA (Finance) from a Top institute in the country Role Overview: As a member of the Yubi team, your role will involve driving the growth of wallet share, revenue, and take rate with lender partners.
