Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Head / Finance Controller with a minimum of 6+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Requirements

Preferably CA with 6+ years of post-qualification experience by heading accounting, financial reporting, and controllership.
Experience in leading finance teams and setting up processes.
Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS, audits, taxation, and compliance.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems and financial automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead and mentor entire team under him.
