Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include market research, sales strategy development, client presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer needs analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably related to China Clay and Kaolin products, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
