HCM Technical Analyst 3-Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and US/UK tax systems will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules and support existing implementations - Extensive knowledge of US/UK tax system and Statutory norms - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Manage Statutory Submissions like FPS, EPS, HMRC submission, P60, P45, P9, P6, etc. - Configure Business Group, Organizations, Departments, etc. - Create Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, SIT, and EIT for employees - Develop Fast Formulas and work on Approval Management Engine - Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously - Knowledge of writing SQL/PLSQL queries for report development - Experience in Absence Management, workflow creation, and security setup - Exposure to personalization of Oracle Cloud HCM Qualifications Required: - At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure - Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Ability to work with a high level of techno-functional skills - Good understanding of Oracle products and problem-solving skills - Customer interaction/service expertise - Career Level - IC3 Additional Details: Omit this section as it does not contain any relevant job-related information.,
