Role Overview

HCM Strategic Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM practice and provide strategic direction across multiple platforms (UKG, Anaplan, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).
• Advise clients on workforce optimization, HR transformation, and payroll integration strategies.
• Drive end-to-end project management for WFM and HR initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement best practices for compliance, forecasting, and predictive scheduling.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Oversee HR and benefits strategy to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align WFM strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  15+ years in Workforce Management or HR consulting, with proven leadership in strategic advisory roles.

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong expertise in HCM platforms (UKG, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level engagement.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex client projects.
