Job Description

HCLTech is hiring Arabic Language Expert

Location -

Role & responsibilities

Do basic trouble shooting based on the issue and description on the ticket
Understand customer workflow
Understand the issues and move the ticket to Senior Technical support agent
Create and document relevant information in ticket sys
Register, understand, and solve malfunction of application as well as understand external/internal customer situation

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in working in a Arabic language profile is required (Preferred BPO)
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate good communication skills (written and verbal) Arabic & English
Analytical Skills and ability to Multitask
Ability to work closely with other departments and get the right information in a timely manner
Demonstrates aptitude to understand and follow complex business process logic
Attention to detail with the ability to complete large volumes of work quickly
