A typical SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation job at HCL Technologies involves configuring and customizing the IIQ platform for various enterprise clients, including application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, and access certifications . Roles might include consultants, developers, architects, or engineers with expertise in IAM concepts, IIQ modules, and related technologies like Java, Beanshell, and SQL. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Customization: Configure and customize IIQ for specific client needs, including application integration, provisioning workflows, and access review processes. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, collaborating with clients to address technical issues and ensure successful implementation. IAM Knowledge: Understand IAM concepts (e.g., JML, RBAC, provisioning) and their application within the SailPoint IIQ platform. Development and Integration: Develop and integrate IIQ connectors (both out-of-the-box and custom), potentially using languages like Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and collaborate with clients to identify root causes and implement solutions. Documentation and Standards: Maintain documentation, create standards, and ensure adherence to best practices for IIQ implementation. Client Communication: Communicate with clients at both functional and technical levels, providing status updates and addressing queries. Required Skills: SailPoint IIQ Expertise: Strong understanding of IIQ modules, features, and functionalities. IAM Knowledge: Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts. Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages like Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell. SQL Knowledge: Ability to write SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting. Technical Skills: Understanding of networking, server environments (e.g., RHEL/CentOS), and related technologies. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
