HCL Workload Automation Product Lead Full Stack Developer (UI & React)

You will be joining the Workload Automation Product team at HCL Software as a Lead Full Stack Developer (UI & React). With over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining various aspects of the product. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should have a good grasp of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, and Saga, as well as server-side languages like Java. Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2, and Informix is essential. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest web application development trends and programming languages. You will have the autonomy to handle end-to-end development tasks, including designing and developing APIs. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will be collaborating with stakeholders and leading small teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and debugging code, utilizing the latest technologies to enhance legacy applications.
