Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of Application support deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy, Operating model design, Estimation, Business-case preparation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiation discussion which includes,

Understand customer's business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using HCL offerings across service lines to drive the RFP response
Define the Operating model construct based on RFP requirements
Perform Ticket analysis, Estimation, Automation and Operational transformation for both AMS and AD
Design ownership of end-to-end solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap
Drive internal reviews with Leadership on pursuit strategy, solution design, estimation methods and etc.
Front end solution defense discussions with customer in remote or in person based on RFP demands
Continuously work on deal differentiators and strategies that will help the team in increasing the win ratio
Motivate and drive the team to go the extra mile to create differentiation in every customer pitch

Experience:

IT experience with 5+ years of Solution architect experience in Large Application support and development RFPs
Experience in Product aligned Operating model proposition and implementation.
Experience in Gen AI based ticket automation and elimination propositions with industry toolsets.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skill.
