As a Process Associate at HCL Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class customer support by collaborating with various Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between end users and engineers.
