The Role: Sales Manager – Dealership & Institutional Sales We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to scale HCD’s presence across multi-brand dealerships, distributors, and institutional buyers . You will play a critical role in expanding our retail footprint, closing high-volume deals with business partners, and driving the growth of HCD’s EV 2-wheeler business across India. Key Responsibilities Drive GTM strategy and market expansion for EV 2Ws across B2C (dealership/distributor) and B2B (enterprise, logistics, aggregator) channels. Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners to grow retail presence. Build and scale institutional partnerships with bulk buyers, including logistics firms and business operators. Lead the full sales cycle —prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Deliver on monthly/quarterly sales targets , ensuring growth and profitability. Manage RTO and registration processes to enable smooth delivery and onboarding. Design and execute channel incentive programs (margins, bonuses, sales contests). Work with operations, finance, service, and product teams to ensure seamless partner support. Track market trends, competitors, and regulations to refine sales strategies. Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for leadership. Why Join HCD India?
