Job Description

Conduct detailed valuation of non-agricultural (NA) properties for SME loan proposals, including land, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets, ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk policies.

Analyze legal documents, land records, zoning approvals, market comparables, and local regulations to assess ownership, usage permissibility, and fair market value of collateral properties.

Prepare comprehensive valuation reports highlighting methodology, assumptions, risk factors, deviations, and justification of value to support credit appraisal and sanction decisions.

Coordinate with external valuers, legal teams, sales, and credit stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and ensure timely completion of valuation assignments.

Monitor property market trends, regulatory changes, and regional price movements to maintain updated benchmarks and enhance accuracy of SME collateral valuation.
