Drive solution sales to end-users directly or via distributors.
Achieve assigned targets with profitable YoY growth.
Increase market coverage and promote awareness of machinery safety standards.
Identify and develop new customers and markets.
Work on Spec-In activity with end-users for solution approvals.
Defend and grow existing customer base by introducing new products and services.
Develop Techno-commercial offers and project proposals.
Engage in competitor analysis and market trend updates.
Deliver product presentations and customer training sessions.
Maintain detailed reports via CRM and ensure proper documentation.
Handle complete sales cycle independentlyfrom lead generation to closure.
Hands-on experience with Safety, Sensors, and Automation Products.
Knowledge of integration-based system solutions and project sales.
Familiarity with IIoT, automation systems, and industrial control panels.
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of electrical/electronic engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of taxation, duties, and commercial procedures.
CRM tool usage is a plus.
