The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-savvy, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of payroll processing, journal entries, U.S. benefits administration, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll using payroll and ERP systems, with a strong focus on payroll accounting. Perform post-payroll activities including reconciliation, payment processing, and coordination with Finance for month-end close. Ensure accurate data management, record-keeping, and reporting in line with compliance requirements. Prepare journal entries in ERP systems related to payroll and benefits transactions. Conduct payroll P&L reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting. Handle U.S. benefits enrollment and manage ongoing benefits program (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.). Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure proper benefits integration.
