Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Build prototype harnesses as per BOM, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Interpret wiring diagrams, connector specifications, and routing clearly.
Maintain proper records of BOM versions, drawing versions, and sample harnesses.
Label and store sample harnesses for future reference.
Coordinate with engineering and QC teams for updates or clarifications.
Ensure quality, functionality, and neatness of builds.
Maintain tools and follow ESD/safety standards.
Provide feedback on build issues or suggestions for improvements.
Set up and manage the line for harness delivery.

Key Requirements:

Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
Experience:
1 to 3 years in harness assembly or prototype building.
Skills Required:
Ability to read BOMs and wiring diagrams.
Strong hand skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Excel and photo documentation.
Understanding of quality and traceability standards.
Preferred:
Experience in automotive or IoT harness builds.
