Job Description

As a Networking and Electrical Cabling Technician, your role involves installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting various UPT (Cat5, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5e), STP (Cat5, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5e), and gelly cables. You will be responsible for crimping, I/O punching, back box fitting, and testing of cables. Additionally, you will need to identify recurring problems, report trends to management, and recommend solutions or correction procedures. In case of complex issues, you are required to initiate the escalation process to ensure prompt resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot UPT (Cat5, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5e), STP (Cat5, Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat5e), and gelly cables. - Perform crimping, I/O punching, back box fitting, and testing of cables. - Identify recurring problems, report trends to management, and recommend solutions or correction procedures. - Initiate escalation process if required to resolve complex issues. - Conduct 2-3 meters digging area for OFC cable cut out during the AMC period. - Handle rack installation, EPBX line rectification, CCTV installation, and RF installation. Qualifications Required: - 8 years of total work experience in a similar role is preferred. Please note that the company provides Provident Fund benefits and operates under different shifts including day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift from Monday to Friday.
