Hardware & Network Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Networking and Electrical Cabling Specialist, your role will involve installing, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting various cables including UPT (Cat5, cat6, cat6A, cat5e), STP (Cat5, cat6, cat6A, cat5e), and gelly cables. You will be responsible for tasks such as crimping, I/O punching, back box fitting, and testing of cables. Moreover, you will need to identify recurring problems, report trends to management, and recommend solutions or correction procedures. If necessary, you will be required to initiate the escalation process to resolve any issues. Additionally, you will be involved in a 2-3 meter digging area for OFC cable cut out during the AMC period. The laying part will specifically focus on Cat6 and OFC. Rack installation, EPBX line rectification, CCTV installation, and RF installation are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot various cables including UPT, STP, and gelly cables. - Perform tasks such as crimping, I/O punching, back box fitting, and cable testing. - Identify recurring problems, report trends to management, and recommend solutions or correction procedures. - Initiate the escalation process when necessary. - Be involved in the digging area for OFC cable cut out during the AMC period. - Focus on laying Cat6 and OFC cables. - Install racks, rectify EPBX lines, install CCTV systems, and RF installations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of total work experience. - Experience with UPT, STP, and other cable types is preferred.,
