Hardware & Network Engineer

Designation: Hardware Networking Executive Location: Nashik Experience : Freshers can apply Salary: 12,000-18,000 Joining Status: Immediately The Hardware & Networking Executive is responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and networking issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The role requires technical expertise in computer hardware, peripherals, LAN/WAN networks, and general IT support. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking issues for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment. Maintain network connectivity across all company devices and ensure minimal downtime. Monitor and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Ensure timely system updates, antivirus patches, and backups. Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Provide technical support to staff, both onsite and remotely. Maintain inventory of IT assets and update records regularly. Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchases, repairs, or warranties. Document issues, solutions, and IT processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience (0-3 years) in hardware and networking roles. Strong knowledge of computer systems, servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, or similar are a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
