Hardware Executive - Panvel location

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Executive with 0–2 years of experience to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware systems, peripherals, and network devices. The ideal candidate has a passion for hardware, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment.
• Assist in assembling and testing computer systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Provide technical support for hardware issues reported by staff or end-users.
• Ensure proper inventory management and documentation of IT assets.
• Support hardware upgrade and replacement projects.
• Collaborate with software and network teams when required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar hardware support or technician role.
• Basic understanding of hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage, motherboards, etc.).
• Familiarity with system assembly, BIOS settings, and driver installations.
• Knowledge of printers, scanners, and basic networking hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally if required for hardware support.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent.
• Exposure to inventory tracking tools or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
