Hardware Design Lead

Job Description: You are a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Design Engineer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, schematic preparation, and end-to-end hardware solutions. Your proficiency in Altium Designer enables you to deliver innovative hardware designs and solutions, with a strong grasp of both design planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the hardware design and development processes for new and existing products. - Create detailed schematic designs, layouts, and PCB designs using Altium Designer. - Develop and execute design plans and technical specifications for hardware projects. - Perform component selection, simulation, and analysis to ensure optimal performance. - Provide end-to-end support for hardware design, from concept to production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. - Conduct hardware validation and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in designs and production. - Prepare and maintain design documentation and project reports. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in hardware design and development. - Strong expertise in schematic preparation and PCB layout design. - Proficiency in Altium Designer. - In-depth knowledge of end-to-end hardware design processes and methodologies. - Solid understanding of electronics, signal integrity, and power management. - Experience with design validation, testing, and troubleshooting hardware components. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
