Responsibilities Winning & Acquiring Clients: Identify and engage with corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers. Pitch Hammers expertise in design-led execution to secure high-value projects. Collaborate with architects/interior designer firms who design brand space, and VM Consultants/marketing heads to co-create branding solutions. Lead consultative selling efforts, helping clients visualize design-led executions that enhance brand identity. Client Relationship & Growth: Build long-term partnerships with clients for repeat business. Provide creative and operational solutions tailored to brand-specific requirements. Policy Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all client dealings follow Hammers pricing, contractual, and operational policies. Maintain updated records of interactions, deals, and projects on CRM. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue growth. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams Provide market insights and client feedback to strategy & innovation teams to enhance service offerings. Qualification & Experience 6-10 years of experience in BD, corporate sales, or space branding (preferably in architecture, retail design, or premium interiors ). Strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, and brand activation in physical spaces. Bachelors / Masters in Architecture and/or Interior Design preferred. Skills & Mindset Design-led sales approach with strong visualization skills. Ability to translate creative concepts into business proposals. Strong relationship management with CXOs, marketing heads, and designers . Solution-oriented, with quick ideation and concept pitching abilities . Understanding of mall leasing & branding strategies (preferred). Proficiency in CRM for tracking and reporting.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams Provide market insights and client feedback to strategy & innovation teams to enhance service offerings. Existing relationships within top AOR agencies will be a strong advantage . Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred. Skills & Mindset Strong networking & relationship-building skills with AOR agencies. Ability to sell value-added services and not just execution. Strategic thinker with a long-term partnership mindset . Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills. Understanding of agency workflows and procurement processes. Proficiency in CRM for tracking and reporting.
