2. Job Responsibilities

Customer Consultation and Hairstyle Design

Communicate with customers to understand their facial features, hair quality, lifestyle and personality needs, and design suitable hairstyles.

Provide professional advice, including hair cutting, perming, dyeing, hair care and other service plans.

Recommend hair color, hairstyle style and care products suitable for customers.

Hairdressing Service Execution

Proficient in hair cutting skills: men's and women's hairstyles, children's hairstyles, fashion style cutting.

Good at dyeing and highlighting, including overall dyeing, zoning coloring, and popular color processing.

Proficient in perming, straightening, blow-drying, braiding, and hair bunning techniques.

Provide styling design services for weddings, fashion shows, film and television, advertising and other occasions.

Hair Care and Product Use

Evaluate the customer's hair quality and scalp condition and formulate a hair care plan.

Use and recommend appropriate shampoo, hair care, and hair products and equipment.

Be familiar with the product matching and usage of common brands such as L’Oréal, Schwarzkopf, Wella, etc.

Tool management and environmental maintenance

Regularly disinfect and maintain professional equipment such as scissors, hair clippers, curling irons, etc.

Keep the work area clean and tidy in accordance with health and safety standards.

Comply with relevant industry health, safety and hairdressing operation specifications.

Customer relations and sales support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
