Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and professional Hairdresser to provide a wide range of hair care services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair, up to date with the latest trends, and skilled in cutting, coloring, styling, and treating hair. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Cut, trim, and style hair according to client instructions or current trends
• Provide coloring services, including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups
• Recommend and apply hair treatments (e.g., deep conditioning, keratin treatments)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and the salon
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Advise clients on hair care, styling products, and maintenance
• Build and maintain a regular clientele
• Manage appointments and handle payments (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist
• Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing
• Excellent knowledge of hair care products and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be friendly, approachable, and professional

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
