Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Service: Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences. Suggest haircuts, styles, and coloring options based on client preferences and facial features. Provide a full range of salon services, including cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, styling, coloring, and treatments. Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform various hair cutting techniques, including layers, blunt cuts, and graduated cuts. Create different hairstyles for various occasions, such as weddings or photoshoots. Use hair tools like scissors, trimmers, straighteners, and curlers. Hair Coloring and Treatments: Apply different coloring techniques, such as highlights, balayage, and global color. Provide hair treatments like rebonding, thermal reconditioning, and spas. Client Management and Sales: Maintain client records and appointment schedules. Assist with walk-in clients and manage appointments. Recommend and sell hair products to clients. Salon Operations: Maintain cleanliness of salon and workstation. Manage inventory of hair products and tools. Ensure adherence to salon policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities: Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques. Provide customer service to clients and maintain a professional demeanor. May perform basic beauty services like manicures or pedicures.
