For more details about the brand and the products, please visit www.iluviapro.com Responsibilities: · Conduct hands-on demonstrations of Iluvia's haircare products (shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, serums, hair spa) for salon professionals and clients. · Educate and train salon staff on the science, benefits, and application techniques of Iluvia’s products to ensure effective usage. · Provide detailed knowledge on product ingredients, benefits, and eco-conscious aspects to reinforce brand values and product integrity. · Develop tailored training sessions, adapting content to address unique salon needs and hair types, ensuring high-quality service delivery. · Collect and analyze feedback from salons, providing insights to the R&D and product development teams. · Assist in organizing and delivering training workshops, seminars, and product launch events in salons and on various platforms. · Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, product advancements, and salon protocols to ensure Iluvia stays ahead in the market. Key Skills: · In-depth Haircare Knowledge: Expertise in haircare treatments and products, including shampoos, conditioners, masks, and serums. · Effective Training Skills: Ability to conduct clear, engaging training sessions for salon professionals. · Product and Brand Knowledge: Strong understanding of Iluvia's eco-conscious, science-based brand values and product benefits. · Excellent Communication: Proficient in customer engagement, addressing questions, and explaining product science effectively. · Sales Savvy: Skilled at promoting and upselling products within salon settings. · Client Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with clients and salon professionals. · Adaptability: Ability to tailor training techniques to different salon environments and audiences. · Analytical Skills: Skilled in collecting and interpreting feedback to improve training and product usage. · Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel for on-site demos, workshops, and events. · Trend Awareness: Knowledgeable of industry trends and able to keep training relevant and current.
