Hair Stylist

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care, knowledgeable about the latest styling trends, and skilled in delivering a range of hair services. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing high-quality hair treatments and styling services that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and offer consultations to understand their hair care needs and preferences. Perform haircuts, trims, coloring, highlights, hair treatments, straightening, and styling. Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and the overall salon environment. Suggest and promote salon products for at-home care. Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Manage appointment bookings and maintain punctuality. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including sanitization procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role. Certification or diploma in Cosmetology or Hair Styling (preferred). In-depth knowledge of hair treatments, techniques, and tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Preferred Skills: Experience with bridal or special occasion styling. Familiarity with different hair textures and styles (e.g., curly, straight, afro, etc.). Sales skills for upselling salon products and services.
