Job Summary: We're seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to provide exceptional face and body treatments, ensuring client satisfaction through personalized service, expert advice, and a commitment to hygiene and latest industry trends in our busy salon. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Evaluate client needs, perform skin analysis, and recommend suitable treatments and home care products. Treatment Delivery: Perform a range of services, including: Facials & Skin Rejuvenation Waxing & Hair Removal (face/body) Manicures & Pedicures Massage Techniques (face, hands, feet, back) Makeup Application Eyelash/Eyebrow Treatments Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain pristine treatment rooms, sterilize all tools and equipment after each use. Sales & Upselling: Recommend and sell retail beauty products and cross-sell additional salon services. Record Keeping: Accurately update client records, treatment details, and progress notes. Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring salon supplies and products. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy. Proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of various treatments, products, and skin care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong sales ability and product knowledge. Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with specific techniques (e.g., gel nails, acrylics, advanced peels). Basic computer skills. Work Environment: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
