HABiL Ambassadors

In this role as a HABiL Ambassador, you will act as a trusted peer advisor, helping fellow seniors and families make informed choices about senior retirement homes, old age homes, and assisted living communities. Your living experience in a retirement community will be very valuable to those senior citizens who are planning to move into a Senior Retirement Community. Key Responsibilities: - Visit senior living communities in your city and meet the respective management/builder. - Onboard retirement home, Assisted Living Homes & Old Age Homes onto the HABiL platform. - Act as a goodwill ambassador for HABiL in your city. - Provide peer-to-peer guidance to seniors and their families. - Handle inquiries from prospective residents (or their families) through HABiL. - Monitor available properties for sale and rent in retirement communities. Who Can Apply: - Retired professionals (60+) already living in a retirement community (1+ years), with first-hand experience to guide others. If you are not yet moved to a retirement home but booked one and waiting can also apply. - Strong communication & listening skills. - Comfortable with basic smartphones/digital platforms and own a laptop. - Willingness to travel locally for visits in a few days a month. - Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting fellow seniors (basically an extrovert!) In this position, you will earn an honorarium while contributing meaningfully, be recognized as a trusted advisor on the HABiL platform with your email ID, enjoy flexibility in defining your availability, and have the opportunity to make a social impact by helping redefine senior living and financial dignity in India. Locations: Chennai / Coimbatore / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad --- The HABiL Diplomat role is a part-time hybrid position for a just-retired individual in Chennai, offering flexible working hours and a work-from-home opportunity. As a HABiL Diplomat, you will promote the HABiL platform, engage with the local community, organize events, provide support to HABiL users, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Additionally, you will establish a good rapport with HABiL Ambassadors across retirement communities and analyze feedback to help improve the platform. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in community engagement and event organization - Marketing and promotional skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using digital platforms and social media - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Experience in customer support or client-facing roles Best Fit: You have just retired from a corporate job and are settling down in your retired life with some assignments as consultants in your area of expertise.
